We search the toll-free and GTA local pools for numbers that spell your name, your trade, or what you sell. Pick one you like and we build the phone menu behind it: departments, ring order, after-hours messages, and if you want it, live answers pulled from your own order or billing system. The search costs $9 CAD. If nothing we find appeals to you, that is all you pay.
This shows how a word maps to digits. It does not check availability; that is what the $9 search does.
Our own line is 386-2VIC2RY, so we've seen the effect from the receiving end. The numbers below come from a consumer study by 800response, Infosurv and e-Rewards on vanity toll-free numbers in advertising. They matter most if your number is heard on radio, read off a truck, or seen on a sign for two seconds.

You make two decisions: which number, and which menu layout. We handle the carrier, the recordings and the testing.
Your business name, industry, main products or services, and whether you want toll-free (works across Canada and the US) or a local 416, 647, 905 or similar number.
Available numbers that spell your name, trade or offer, with notes on how each one reads on a sign and sounds on the radio.
Choose a number and a package. If none of the options suit you, you've spent $9 and owe nothing else. Pick any package and the $9 comes off the price.
We send two or three call-flow drafts built for your business. Pick one and send us department names, staff phone numbers and your hours.
We register the number in your company's name, write and record the prompts, set the routing, and call every path ourselves before you go live.
Real callers always turn up something the script missed, so changes to wording, routing or hours in the first 30 days are included.
A simple menu that forwards calls is a few hours of work. Ring sequences, schedules and text-backs take more. Menus that look up a customer's order or balance in your own systems take real development time, so that tier is priced by the hour against an estimate you approve first. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST.
Small offices that want callers sorted by department and nothing to miss after hours.
Teams where a missed call is a lost job, and the right person isn't always at their desk.
Businesses whose callers mostly ask "where's my order?", "what do I owe?" or "can I move my appointment?"
Just want the number? For $79 we register the vanity number in your name and forward it to your existing phone, with no menu. You can add a package later and the $79 is credited toward it within 90 days.
Number only, $79These are the starting shapes we adapt for most clients. Yours will use your department names, your products and your hours; you choose the one that fits and we fill in the details.
Caller presses 1 for a new quote. Here is what happens if nobody picks up, in an order you choose and can change any time.
Add any of these to Essentials one at a time instead of moving up a package. If you'd need three or more of the first four, Smart Routing costs less.

Integration work is billed at $110 an hour on top of the Smart Routing package. The ranges below are for one lookup on a system with a standard API; the low end assumes clean data and admin access on day one. Building several lookups on the same system shares the setup work, so the second one usually costs about a third less than the first.
| Integration | Typical systems | Hours | Integration cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Caller lookup and call loggingRecognises the caller, greets them by name, logs the call on their record | HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive | 6 to 12 | $660 to $1,320 |
| Order status by order number | Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce | 8 to 14 | $880 to $1,540 |
| Shipping and tracking statusPulls the tracking number from your order system, then the carrier status | Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator | 10 to 18 | $1,100 to $1,980 |
| Account balance with PIN check | QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks | 14 to 24 | $1,540 to $2,640 |
| Confirm, cancel or reschedule appointments | Jane, Square Appointments, Calendly, Google Calendar | 16 to 28 | $1,760 to $3,080 |
| In-house or legacy databaseNo ready-made API; we build a small, secure one first | SQL Server, MySQL, Access, spreadsheets, older ERPs | 24 to 60 | $2,640 to $6,600 |
Example: an online store that wants order status and shipping tracking would pay $795 for Smart Routing plus roughly 15 to 27 hours of integration ($1,650 to $2,970), for a total of about $2,445 to $3,765 plus HST. We don't take card payments over the phone menu; if you need that, we'll point you to a PCI-compliant payment provider and connect the menu to it.
Tick what you need and the total updates. This is a planning figure; the quote we send after the $9 search is the one that counts.
Your business does. We register it in your company's name with the carrier, and you can move it to any other provider later. If you ever stop working with us, the number goes with you.
Toll-free numbers (800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, 833) work from anywhere in Canada and the US and have far more spellable combinations left. A local 416, 647, 437, 905 or 289 number tells callers you're in the GTA, but good spellings are much rarer in those area codes. We search both and show you what's available in each.
That happens often with short, common words. We'll look for close variations (a shorter word, your trade plus "GTA", your name plus a number) and tell you honestly which ones read well. We don't buy numbers from resellers on your behalf, because those are often priced in the thousands. If you already have a reseller quote, we'll tell you whether we think it's worth it.
Up to an hour of searching across toll-free and local inventory, 3 to 5 available options, and a short note on each. If you buy any package within 30 days, the $9 is deducted. If you don't, there's nothing more to pay and no follow-up sales calls.
Usually. Most cloud systems (RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams Phone, 8x8, Vonage, Twilio and many Canadian VoIP carriers) support menus and ring sequences. We check yours during the search. If your system can't do what you need, we'll recommend a carrier and move you over, porting your current number with the $49 add-on.
Our packages are one-time fees. The phone carrier charges monthly for the line, typically $10 to $50 per line or user depending on the provider. The optional care plan is $49 a month if you'd rather not make menu changes yourself.
We connect with read-only access unless you need the menu to change something, such as rescheduling an appointment. Callers verify themselves before any account detail is spoken, nothing is stored on our side, and each lookup has a fallback to a live person. If you record calls, we add the consent notice Canadian privacy law expects.
After a 30-minute call where we look at your system's access and data, we send a written range of hours. You approve it before we start. We send a progress note at the halfway point, and we won't bill past the top of the range without your written approval.
Email us your business name, industry, two or three things you sell, and whether you prefer toll-free or local. We'll send payment details and have options back to you within two business days.
