Co-op Student Mentorship Program

Since 2023, VIC2RY has hosted and mentored co-op students from Humber Polytechnic and other institutions — one to three students each semester. We design project assignments with low coupling and clear boundaries, so that students develop real, demonstrable skills during their placement.

Each student receives structured mentorship, exposure to live client work, and portfolio-ready project outcomes.
